From vital shipping and delivery industries to health and emergency services, Canadians will continue to need reliable transportation.  Nathan Auto is committed to helping people get there safely, which means adjusting how we provide tire and vehicle service to our customers, reducing person-to-person contact, all while keeping vehicles safe on the road. 

Please rest assured that Nathan Auto is strictly adhering to the direction of the Canadian government regarding COVID-19 prevention, as well as the recommendations from the public health authorities while carrying out the Pick-up and Drop-off service.

With every service performed, we are committed to:

• Mandatory face-covering – To ensure the safety of all our customers and employees, we please ask that everyone entering the store wears a face covering. We want you and our staff safe!
• Mandatory hand sanitizer stations – Everyone entering and leaving the store will be asked to use hand sanitizer before being able to shop.
• Using disinfecting products to clean all interior and exterior touch points of every customer vehicle before work begins and, most importantly, after work is completed.
• Actively adhering to Physical Distancing protocol by arranging our schedules for customers in order to make them feel safe and have more personal space.
• Continuing increased cleaning protocol in customer service areas, washrooms and in our work areas, using disinfecting products, with increased attention to high touch points.
